Glossybox 1st Birthday Edition

Okay, at first I wasn't plan to review this May's Glossybox but I thought why not? I'm bored and my brain is buzzing to write some input. So here I am..

This month is Glossybox 1st Birthday Edition which is exciting because its another theme box. However, the product content I received wasn't that exciting at all! Disappointed actually. How I wish Glossybox would make me happy everytime I receive their monthly box. They did and that is Harrods Edition but apart from that Glossybox continually disappoint me which make me think to cancel my subscription one of these days. I'm still undecided.

Noble Isle, Summer Rising Bath & Shower Gel

I'm quite happy to receive a bath and shower gel coz I love toiletries esp. if its a travel size. I can bring it anywhere I travel. It's pretty handy. The smell is kinda musky but its smells good. I love it!

Lolita Lempicka, Eau de Parfum & Si Lolita

Now, this is disappointing. These two samples is pretty frustrating for me receiving from any beauty boxes. Because you can actually get this samples for free from the shops. I bought MAC Concealer from Debenhams two weeks ago through online and I was surprised when they sent me two perfume samples, how thoughtful of them. I was chuffed. But receiving perfume samples from Glossybox? Really? C'mon Glossybox you're better than this..!! Perfume samples I would consider as a bonus but not part of 5 beauty samples!

APIVITA, Express Beauty Mask

I'm not really sure about this. My face is so sensitive enough to try another skincare products. So, I will give this to a friend instead. And again thumbs down!

Osmo, Berber Oil Hair Treatment

Again another hair products. I've got so many hair products and its piling up.

Eldora False Eyelashes

I have Eldora False lashes before that I received from Carmine Beauty Box. When I use it I don't really like it as its too short. Not enough to cover the top lash line and its because of the design I have to put eyeliner to make extra length. But don't get me wrong its really good quality but its just way too short. So I'm hoping this one is proper as its the design is different. I like the diamante attached on the lashes. Sassy!!

Bonus: Glossybox Mirror
This is the only item that really got me off because not all subscribers received Glossybox compact mirror that I'm aware of. I was lucky enough to receive this one. Thank you Glossybox! At last there's one item in your 1st Birthday Edition that really please me.. Well, apart from shower gel. It also makes me wonder why I always get the poor samples from the Glossybox while everyone else is delirious with what they have received. When Glossybox announced on facebook that NARS product secured in your box. I thought that was in general. Didn't realise only for the lucky ones! But hey-ho..!
